Delivery

Remember this?
It's the package I sent off to have my CD duplicated and printed.  And guess what?  I got them today!

I was sure it would be an early delivery.  I stayed home all day waiting.  And waiting.  I could've been productive and gotten a lot of that novel written, but I was way too busy looking at my window.  And opening my front door repeatedly, checking my porch to make sure it hadn't been delivered when I took a break from my command post.  Barely anything got done around here, except I did make a video for you to see the big moment of when the CDs were finally delivered.  Oh, and I did write a little song for the UPS man, which you can see and hear on the video.

Stay tuned, or rather check back in a couple of days where I'll be airing Part II of the delivery day.  You'll get to see me "perform" a song from the new CD!!  YAY!

Kerri! this so made me laugh... i can totally relate to the excitment of waiting for a special parcel (and the disappointment when it STILL hasnt arrived), and the thrill when it finally does and you just want to hug the delivery person (you were very restrained, hehe!!). HOW EXCITING FOR YOU to get your CDs!! they look amazing! you have a such an incredible talent. I LOVE that you just whipped up a wee song for the UPS man...Have a lovely weekend, hope you have some blissful writing time with many good cups of tea! :)

Hats off to you ~ you're adorable!

Hats back on, though, and I'm going to chide you paternally for using a KITCHEN KNIFE to open that box! That was dangerous, especially given how valuable your hands are. I'm bringing you a proper box cutter!

how exciting!!! Could you please write a song for me to sing to people at my city hall? I've been waiting for paperwork about the opening of my shop for over a month, maybe a song would get all those butocrats in the mood?
Congratulations!!
