I know you must be on pins and needles waiting to see how it all went down with the haircut... In case you missed my last post, I was getting really tired of my grown out, unruly mess of a head of hair, so I decided to cut it.
And I did! Literally! I made the first cut, of many. I only cut a
little, but my friend and hairstylist, Dolly, cut a lot. Probably about
6, maybe 7 inches, but not the 10 inches necessary to donate to
Locks of Love. Too bad. :(

So here it is...

ah, that feels and looks so much better! |
The great thing is, this cut requires basically no styling. My hair has a little natural flip to it, so I just blow it dry and it's done. It's still long enough for a ponytail,
even a somewhat high pony tail, which was a nice surprise. And I can do all sorts of braids, hairbands, hairclips, etc which is great, because I get bored and need to mix things up often.
I'm so, so, SO happy I got it cut.
