What's on Your Summer Reading List

Wait, am I still a teacher??? The question posed here makes me sound like it.
Well, I AM a voracious reader. I've got a few books stacked right here beside me that I'm either in the middle of reading, or will be soon and I'm looking forward to all of them:

The Man of My Dreams by Curtis Sittenfield

If You Want to Write by Brenda Ulland

On Writing by Stephen King

A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle

I just finished Garlic and Sapphires by Ruth Reichl and LOVED it. So, I've added her other two books, Tender at the Bone and Comfort Me With Apples to my list for the summer. Kerri--my mom and I both love your book reviews. Keep up the great job!

The best book out on the market i think right now is either SLEEP TOWARD HEAVEN or PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE. I am going to have to check out that million little pieces book.

I bought a bunch of books on eBay ... about 20 books from 2 different sellers. It was great ... every book was different & all were a suprise to read.

    Smooch,

Try One Thousand Acres - fabulous!

Another is Confederacy of Dunces. Both of these have won pulitzer prizes and are worth the read. : )
